Understand
I worked on an audit to understand the internal landscape of different article types that exist.
What is essential to them and what are their characteristics to make them different from other article types?
User profiles helped us learning about different consumption preferences.
Exploration
In a design sprint with UX designers, editorial staff, developers and product managers we formulated HMWs to start ideating.
What do different users want?
What kind of content types are they most interested in?
How do they choose content?

Learn
With our research team we conducted early concept testing.
While capturing user behaviours in context of news and other types of content.
Frequent user testing nationwide with users of different age range, demographic background, and special needs resumed after iterations which included accessibility testing too.
Outcome
