MY REPONSIBILITIES

At the Telegraph I have been working on implementations of new features within the 'Telegraph Daily UK Edition' and enhancements for editorials' workflows and performances in the CMS.

PROCESS

Conducting contextual inquieries and heuristic analysis; user flows;
sketching and low fidelty wireframes;
evaluating with users and supervising product's development.

SCOPE

UX FOR MOBILE APP

Our well known App is the digital version of the daily hardcopy.
For implementing new features and improving user journeys I work closely with Product and Tech to review concepts' technical feasability to build and measure the resonance.

Therefore feedback from our Contact Center and previous user research are crucial to hear what our users say. 

Creating concepts involve Personas and validation in focus groups, guerilla testing or diary studies to evaluate for iterative processes.

UX FOR CMS

I sit and speak with our editors on a regular base to observe their work with the system in context.

Improvements are based on their pain points and cross-discipline work environment to ensure smooth workflows and collaborations.

Validating my concepts with the editorial team in every iterative phase ensure a solid path to avoid  severe defiency after release.

Further iterative improvements are gained from editors' feedback to their enhance their performances in the CMS.
